Ronald D. Edelman, Attorney – Founder
Ron was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. As a former construction worker and laborer, Ron is a firm believer in injured workers’ rights and that he is representing his fellow workers. Ron has over three decades of experience representing individuals injured on the job or due to the carelessness of others. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
Ron completed his undergraduate study at the University of Missouri with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1980 as well as a degree in accounting earned simultaneously. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Workers’ Compensation Committee as well as the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. A former martial arts expert and teacher, Ronald also holds a third degree black belt in Uechi-ryu karate.
Marshall B. Edelman, Attorney
Marshall is a trial attorney at the Edelman Law office. Marshall lives in St. Louis but has family throughout the state in St. Clair, Ste. Genevieve, Kansas City, and Washington, Missouri. He is a former construction worker and carpenter. He has also volunteered his time to build three homes for Habitat for Humanity in Jefferson City while getting his degree. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, and Real Estate from the University of Missouri. Marshall received his law degree from the University of Missouri Law School. He is a member of the Missouri Association of trial Attorneys and the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Missouri Bar.
In the past Marshall has researched novel issues pertaining to Title VII and also worked for a municipal government. Marshall takes great pride in representing injured people and their families.
Marshall knows what really happens when someone gets hurt on the job since he has seen this first hand while working on many construction sites throughout his life. He appreciates and is honored to continue the legacy of helping injured people in Missouri.
Steven A. Edelman, Attorney
Steven received his law degree from the University of Missouri, and is a trial lawyer with the Edelman Law Office. Aside from his law degree, he also holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish- which he is fluent in. Both degrees were earned at the University of Missouri. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Steven is a trial attorney and member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and Workers’ Compensation Committee. Steven has a working background and certification in Automotive Technology and Mechanics. He also has a working background in carpentry, roofing and construction industries, which are highly useful in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He also holds a first degree black belt in Uechi-ryu Okinawan karate and actively practices Jiu Jitsu.
